We are certainly excited, and know you are as well, to see
Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, The Mortgage Bankers’ Association and The National
Association of Realtors continue all showing an increase in home sales come
2017. Here is a chart that illustrates this increase.
Over the next year, as this data shows, it seems there will
be considerable increases in sales. It might be time to pull the trigger and
list your home if you’ve been thinking about selling.
